INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS

Foreign customers may send document copies in advance through the official WhatsApp communication channel for pre-verification. The website does not provide a passport or licence upload form. Originals may still need to be presented at handover.
- Minimum age 25 and appropriate driving licence held for at least two years.
- Original valid home-country driving licence and physical International Driving Permit.
- Passport and valid Nepal visa documentation.
- Refundable security deposit equivalent to USD 500.
- Originals are inspected when required and returned immediately; the original passport is never retained as security.
